トレーニングやりました
Yesterday in the late afternoon me and Kenji went to Nakano Golds Gym and did some chest training
かなりキツイかったけど二人とも頑張りました
次ぎはせんなかとかたのトレーニングです、がんばりましょ～～(^O^)/
The training was very hard but me and Kenji did our best. Our next training will be our back and shoulder, let's do it～～
