昨日お昼から病院
行って診察ありました。 診察終わってからそのまんまリハビリ
やりました。 リハビリ終わってからサンプレイ・ジム行こうと思ったけど疲れてたからジム行けなかった～
まぁ。。。今週いっぱいリハビリとトレーニング
頑張りました
今日夕方から中野ゴールド・ジム行きます
Yesterday in the afternoon I went to the hospital to see my doctor. After seeing my doctor I did my rehab. After rehab I was gonna go to Sun Play Gym but I was too tired so I didn't goto the gym. Well, I did alot of rehab and training for the week so I will be alright. Today in the late afternoon I will go to Nakano Golds Gym.
おとといは嫁の誕生日
でした。 おとといの夜二人で高田馬場にある美味しい鉄板焼き屋行きました
とっても美味しいかった
The day before yesterday was my wifes Birthday. The two of us went to a steak restaraunt for dinner. The food was very delicious.
昨日の夜嫁の友達ふふと４人で新大久保にある人気の韓国料理屋行きました。 ４人でまた嫁の誕生日ディナー
食べました とっても美味しいかった さすが人気あってこんでました
Last night we went to a Korean Restaraunt in Shin Okubo with my wifes friend and husband. We had a birthday dinner for my wife, The restaraunt we went to is very famous and the food is very delicious. It was very crowded there.
しかし、新大久保は韓国人いっぱいいました 何か日本じゃない見たい
楽しいかった、また行きたいな～
Man, there is alot of Korean people in Shin Okubo area. It was like we were not in Japan. I would like to go there again some day soon.
