今日朝から家の近くの接骨院行きました

In the morning I went to a massage place near my house

そして夕方から中野ゴールド・ジム行って大山選手と皆さんの練習終わってから僕が加藤さんと一緒に軽くミトうちしました　軽くやるつもりだけど久しぶりやってるからかなりキツイな～　でも頑張っています

Then in the late afternoon I went to Nakano Golds Gym. After Oyama San and other guys finished there training I did some mits with Kato San. I did just a little but it has been a while since I have been doing it so it was very hard!!
