膝に電気、はりとマッサージしてもらえました。 気持ちよかった
This morning I went to a massage place near my house that a friend of mine Oyama San introduced me to. I had a good treatment, it felt really good.

In the late afternoon I went to Nakano Golds Gym and did my training. I will do my best in my rehab and training tomorrow as well.
