今月入ってからちょうと忙しいくなりました～～(*´Д｀)=з

Since this month has started I have been a bit busy.

練習とトレーニングしながらほかのことで忙しいです～～(;^_^A

I have been very busy with other things while doing my practice and training.

なかなかブログのアップ出来なくてごめんなさい。。。。m(u_u)m

昨日はいつものゴールドジムのトレーニング行きました。(*^o^*)/~

Yesterday I went to the usual Golds Gym and did some training.

そして今日は大山選手と一緒にスパーリングやってから軽くウエイトのトレーニングやりました。(*^-^)b

And today I did some sparring with Oyama San and did some weight training after our practice.
