These past 2～3 days I have been a bit busy.

I finally got some time to update my blog.
昨日お昼東京タワーの近く株式会社エグザクト http://www.exact.co.jp/ 行って打ち合わせありました。 その打ち合わせのないようは＞＞
Yesterday afternoon I went to a company called Exact for a meeting. Here is what the meeting was about>>
明日（土曜日）朝９時から千葉県の九十九里でロケすることなりました。(*^-^)b そのロケは４００人ぐらいの露人と一緒に３キロぐらいウオーキングしながらリポートします。そのあっとみんなでけんこうランド行ってお風呂とお昼ごはん食べながらリポートします。(*^-^)b
Tomorrow (Saturday) at 9:00 in the morning, I will be going to Chiba-Ken Kyujyukuri for a casting. The casting is with about 400 old people. I will be doing a report while walking about 3 kilometers with them. Then we will all go to a kennko land to take a bath and eat lunch. I will be doing a report then also.
DVDともしかしたらBSTVも出ることあったらお知らせします。(^-^)ノ~~
またその日写真取ってのせますね～(^_-)☆
When the DVD and maybe if it will be on a cable TV show I will let you all know. During that time I will take some pictures and show them on my blog.
そのあっと夕方からゴールドジム行ってマイクと友達４人で２時間ぐらいの練習して。(*´Д｀)=з 練習のあっとマークとウエイトのトレーニングやりました。
In the late afternoon, I went to Golds Gym and practiced with Mike and two other friends for about 2hours. Then me and Mike did some weight training after the practice.
さらに夜ハマーカフェ行ってまた別の件打ち合わせしました～～(;^_^A
Then in the evening I went to Hummer Cafe for another meeting.
今日ゴールドジムのトレーニングのあっと、夜ハマージャパンさんと一緒に麻布十番WAREHOUSEに行ってENDLESSのイベント行きます～～(^ε^)♪
Today after going to Golds Gym for my training, I will go to Azabujyuban Warehouse to attend Endless event with Hummer Japan.
