ゴールドジムで。。。。

今日夕方ゴールドジム行って

I went to Golds Gym in the

late afternoon

大山選手となかま一緒に

Oyama San and his friends together

いい練習しました。(≡^∇^≡)

we had a good practice.

夜はゴールドジムの友達（鈴木さん）

In the evening a Golds Gym

friend (Suzuki San)

と一緒にごはん食べに行きました。ヾ(＠^▽^＠)ﾉ

and I ate dinner together.

お肉たくさん食べました～～≧(´▽｀)≦

I ate alot of meat～～
