昨日お昼から中野ゴールドジム http://www.goldsgym.jp/golds/ggwt/west.html 行っていいトレーニングしました。≧(´▽｀)≦
Yesterday in the afternoon I went to Nakano Golds Gym and had a good training.
夕方ハマーカフェ http://www.hummer.co.jp/cafe/ 行ってハマー・ジャパン社長さんと知り合いたちと一緒にクィンテセンシャりー・ジャパン http://quintessentially.com/ のパーティー行きました。(＝⌒▽⌒＝) 何と。。。黒のハマーＨ１リムジンで行きました。＼(^_^)／ とってもいいパーティーでした。('-^*)/ はやみ・ゆうさんが司会者だった。(^-^)/ とってもキレイでした。 ちょうとだけお話し出来ました。(*^-^)b とっても英語うまいです！！☆-( ^-ﾟ)v
In the late afternoon I went to Hummer Cafe and me, Hummer Japan Sacho, and friends all went to a company called Quintessentially's party. We went there in the Hummer H1 Limousine. It was a very nice party. Hayami Yu San was the annnouncer for the party. She is very beautiful and I was able to talk to her for a little bit. Her english very very good!
パーティーのあっと知り合いのすし昌おおかみさんの店みんなで行きました。 とってもおいしいかった。(b^-゜) 途中で寺尾親方が店に来ました。 久しぶり寺尾親方と会ってとってもうれしいかった！！v(^-^)v 久しぶりいろんな話し聞きました。
After the party we all went to the Sushi Masa Okamisan's restaraunt. The food was very delicious. Later Tera Oyakata came to her restaraunt. It was good to see him after such a long time. We talk about the old days.
昨日はとってもいい日でした。(o^-')b 今日もまたトレーニング頑張ります！！♪(*^ ・^)ノ⌒☆
I had a great time last night. I will do my best in my training again today!!
