今日もお昼から高田道場に行ってそのあっと夜中野Golds Gymに行きました。o(^▽^)o 今日はいい練習とトレーニング出来ました。(^_^)v 明日も頑張ります！！(^-^)ノ~~
I went to Takada Dojo in the afternoon and then to Nakano Golds Gym in the evening again today. I had a good practice and training today. I will do my best again tomorrow!!
