Unseen Scenes, 1997

サンフランシスコから日本に
帰国する直前、住んでいたアパートに
小さなお庭があるのを発見して
撮った写真です。

そのときに書いた文もでてきて、
なんだかなつかしいです。




Unseen Scenes

Several weeks ago, I found a door in
the basement that led to a small garden
while waiting for my laundry.
I went outside and decided to look
around. There were scenes that I never
imagined in my apartment.
I saw colorful flowers and objects in
unexpected ways that made me smile.
A cat was taking a nap under a tree
and never seemed to be bothered by me.
The moment was quiet and peaceful.
