The neighbours of Losón, dressed as period costume
wore sources filled with the delicacies derived from pigs.
Over 1.500 chorizos grilled in a barbecue, 80 kgr. of
pork belly, 80 kgr. of cooked pig ear, thousands of
pieces of this delicious bread of Lalín, and besides,
to rinse the throat, visitors could choose between
wine jars from the region of the Deza or cold beers,
all without the need of having to put on a queue.
In addition, the organization prepared a huge tavern
for all gluttons, to that they revel with delicious
desserts of this time of year, ears of carnival,
fried milk, fried cakes, cookies, stuffed reeds, cakes
of all kinds or crèmes caramel were an example of
the gastronomic delights that visitors could enjoy.
