Cherry, also known as morello cherry, is the name of
the fruit of several trees of the genus Prunus.
The tree is known as cherry tree or cherry.
The oldest of all species is the acid cherry, native to
a small area between the Black Sea and
the Caspian Sea.
The sweet variety is native to the Caucasus, to
the Black Sea and the Caspian Sea.
Cherry is an herbaceous plant belonging to
the family Rosaceae and the genus Prunus.
To cultivated this fruit it need a temperate climate,
but can tolerate the cold well. Currently, is a fruit
very cultivated and consumed worldwide.
Cherry is a fruit rich in vitamins A, B, C, E, K
and PP, iron, calcium, magnesium, potassium
and sulphur.
