The Guide book also includes information for people from different cultural backgrounds on how to live in Japan, such as how to dispose of garbage, how to dispose of dog poop when walking, how to use the park, as well as environmental maintenance fees and common-area maintenance fees.
昨日、今日と、日建ハウジングとシーレイク施設委員のスタッフが合同で、一軒一軒、「シーレイク暮らしのしおり」の説明のために外国人や、日本人への賃貸物件を管理するハウジング会社さん（十数件）を訪問しています。
Yesterday and today, Nikken Housing and Sea Lake Facilities Committee staff jointly visited more than a dozen housing companies that manage rental properties for foreigners and Japanese residents to explain the "Guidebook for Living in Sea Lake" from door to door.
