Good afternoon笑顔

Twice a week I teach English to children and one thing that I have a problem getting used to is how to mark

tests and notebooks.

In Japan, you use the ○(まる)when the answer is correct!

In North America, you use the チェック .

This is very difficult to get used to!

When I marked チェック, a student wanted to know why she made so many MISTAKES on her test.

I see... the チェックmeans "incorrect"... that it needs to be "checked".

In North America, you use theばつ when you get something wrong.

Very confusing!コンフューズ

But this student gets a マル because her handwriting is so beautiful!
