My teacher in Canada
once told me to shout 
once told me to shout "White Rabbit's Foot!!" 
on the first of every new month.
This should be said upon waking in the morning.
I have heard you can say, "White Rabbit" or "Rabbit, rabbit, white rabbit".
On doing so, you will have good luck 
for the remaining month.

a “lucky” animal, as exhibited in the practice of carrying a rabbit's foot
for luck
So, the first person you see today,
say "White Rabbit!" and she or he will have
good luck for the rest of the month!
