　本日は節分ですが、私にとって節目のお知らせをいたします。
　いつも応援していただき誠にありがとうございます。2014年1月31日をもちまして 契約満了のため 私、手島　淳は ミャンマーフットボール連盟を退職いたしました。　
みなさんを驚かすつもりはありませんが、私自身が一番驚いています。
任期中 色々と応援、サポートを頂き 誠にありがとうございました。
　これからのミャンマー連邦、フットボール連盟、フットボール青少年育成がより良い発展していくことを心から祈ります。また、私自身も 「一生懸命」頑張りますので応援よろしくお願いいたします。　

今後のことにつきましては、また決まり次第お知らせいたしますので これからもよろしくお願いいたします。
Dear my friends,

I left the Myanmar Football Federation for the contract expiration 31st Jan. 2014.
I don't want to surprise you, but myself am surprised most.

Thank you for your support during my mission of MFF. I really appreciate about your support!

I sincerely pray that the Union of Myanmar, MFF, Football Youth Development in the future is going to develop better.
I try to recover soon and continue do my best! Anyway I will regard to that in the future. I will announce when I determined.

I started to work in Myanmar again in Football World! That was not so easy. However people around me were supporting, cooperative and encouraging to me a lot! I really appreciate about that!! I try to do for next step in 2014 Year!!!

小生は再びフットボールの世界での仕事を緬甸（ミャンマー）で始めました。それは 簡単ではなかったですが、周りの人たちの多くの励ましや協力、そしてサポートに助けられました。そのことに本当に感謝します。2014年は、次のステップを成し遂げれるよう頑張りたい所存です。
