皆さんのアメリカのハロウィンについての質問を答えるために、今週のブログを書きました！

アメリカと日本のハロウィーンの一番大きい違いは「 Trick-or-Treating （トリック ・ オア ・ トリート）」っていうことです。 10月31日に、子供たちはコスチュームを着て、近所を歩きながら、様々な近所さんの家でピンポンします。 「トリック ・ オア ・ トリート！」って叫びます！それから近所さんからチャンデイなどをもらいます。
人気なアメリカのお菓子の写真もあるよ！ほら！
Reese's Peanut Butter Cups (リーサズ ・ ピーナッツバター ・ カップス） は自分の大好きなチョコレート。 ピーナッツバターとチョコレートを合わせるとすごく美味しいと思う。 普通のは丸いけど、ハロウィンのために可愛いパンプキンの形しもある！
Candy Corn （キャンデイ コーン）はよく知られているアメリカのハロウィン限定のキャンデイです！ すごく甘いから、あまり好きじゃない人もいます。
これはハロウィーン色のM&M's です！それに、ピーナッツバターの種類だから、あまじょっぱい！
アメリカにも面白い味のキットカット もありますよ！ パンプキンパイ味は秋のすごく人気の味です。
Twixっていうチョコレートも好き。 キャラメルとビスケットが入っています。
この Starburst Jellybeans もすごく好き。 甘くてフルーツ味があります。 実は、普通に春のイースターぐらいに食べるお菓子だけど。
他のSCKガールズもこのキャンデイ好きかな？！
私の一番大好きなハロウェインポイントはもちろんコスチュームです！ トリック・オア・トリートの時コスチューム着ることは子供向けの活動だけど、キャンデイを配ったり、コスチュームパーテイーに行ったりする大人や高校生もコスチュームを着てもOKです！どんなコスチュームでもいいよ！ 怖いのとか、スーパーヒーローのとか！ 私はもちろん可愛い系が好き。

去年、子供たちにキャンデイを配っっているときにお母さんが私たちの手作りのスターウォーズのジェダイコスチュームを着た！
そして！去年、私はディズニーシーでアリエールのコスチュームを着た！ 普段には自分の手作りのコスチュームの方が好きだけど、これは買ったもの。
ハロウィン飾りもすごく楽しいよね！ お化け屋敷と同じように怖いかざりしている人がいます！私ならシンプルなかざりと電気とハロウィン音楽が好き。 "Monster Mash" とか、"Thriller" とか、 "Disturbia" などの曲とかね。 でも！ 一番大事のはパンプキンから作られた Jack-o-Lantern （ジャックオランタン）です！ むかし、ジャックオランタンは魔除けとして作られていました。今は楽しいハロウィン活動！
今年もかぼちゃからジャックオランタンを作ってみたいな！

そしてこれはアメリカの家の今年のハロウィーンデコレーションです！
日本とアメリカのハロウィーンはちょっと違うけど、どっちも好きだよ！ 日本のハロウィーンパーティーとデコレーションと季節的な食べ物が大好き。 日本の皆さんもハロウィンを楽しむことができて本当にうれしいです！

Only 4 more days until Halloween!
Thank you for responding last week! I hope you'll enjoy reading about Halloween in America this week too!
The biggest difference between Halloween in America and Halloween in Japan is Trick-or-Treating. On October 31st, kids wear costumes and go around the neighborhood ringing doorbells and saying "Trick or Treat!" Then their neighbors give them candy!
Here! I've got some pictures of popular American chocolate and candy!
Reese's Peanut Butter cups are my favorite chocolate. The combination of chocolate and peanut butter is so delicious! Normally, Reese's come in a round shape but these are in the shape of a cute Halloween pumpkin!
Candy Corn is a very well known Halloween candy. It's so sweet that some people don't really like it.
These are Halloween colored M & M 's, but they have peanut butter inside so they're very salty and sweet.
America has intereseting flavors of Kit Kat's too! Pumpkin Pie flavor is popular in Autumn.
Twix are some of my favorite chocolates too. They have a biscuit and caramel inside.
I love Starburst Jellybeans. They have sweet and fruity candy flavors. I normally eat these in the Spring around Easter time though. XD
I wonder if the other SCK Girls will like these candies?!
My favorite part of Halloween is of course the costumes! Wearing a costume to go Trick-or-Treating is mainly for children, but adults and high school students can wear costumes when they answer the door on Halloween night or to costume parties. You can wear any costume you like! Some poeple like scary costumes, or superhero costumes. I really like cute costumes.

My mom wore the Star Wars costume we made last year to greet Trick-or-Treaters.
I was Ariel at Tokyo Disney Sea last year. I usually like to make my own costumes, but I bought this one.
Halloween decorations are also really fun. Some people turn their houses into really scary Haunted Houses. But I like just a few decorations with lights and Halloween Music like "the Monster Mash," or "Thriller," or "Disturbia." But most importantly, we carve Jack-o-Lanterns out of pumpkins. Originally, Jack-o-Lanterns were used to scare away evil spirits, but today they're just a fun Halloween activity! I think it would be fun to make a Kabocha Jack-o-Lantern in Japan sometime too.

These are my family's Halloween Decorations in America this year!
Halloween in Japan and Halloween in America may be a little different, but I really like both! I love all the Halloween parties and decorations and seasonal foods in Japan. I'm so glad people can enjoy Halloween in Japan too!
