今日は朝っぱらから久々に走り回るくらいのエネルギーがあった!!
I had so much energy from the first thing in the morning today for the first time in a while !

今日は外での仕事も無かったし、おかげで家事も超はかどったわ~!!
And since I didn't have a job out today, I managed to get so much housework done !!

そして2ヶ月分くらいたまってはレシートを全部家計簿に入れたり、経費の分をリストアップしたり(これで次の確定申告が楽になるぞぉ!)
I put in all the receipts from the past 2 months in to the budgeting system, and collected all the business expenses etc (this is going to make the next round of taxes so much easier !)


2週間ぶりにジムにも行ったよ!!
I went to the gym for the first time in 2 weeks too !

もともと超ハードなクラスなんだけど、あまりにも久しぶりだったせいかめまいなのかなんだか分からないけど何度も地震だと思ってしまうくらいに急にめまいというかバランス悪くなっちゃったりした!!(笑)
It was a pretty hard out class anyway, but for some reason I was getting real dizzy and it felt like there was a real earthquake so many times and I kept losing balance !! hahaha. I wonder if it was because I hadn't exercised in a while?

別にやるすぎでもなんでもなかったとは思うんだけどねぇ?
But it's not like I was really pushing my self too hard or anything?


あ、あと初めて乾燥おからを使ってなんとなく適当におからサラダを作ってみた!!
Oh and I made salad for the first time from dried Okara.

おからに豆乳を入れてまぜて、そこにお酢、クミン、塩こしょう、オリーブオイル、クレイジーソルト、バジル、きゅうり、ハム、ひよこ豆等のビーンズ、細かく切った湯通ししたもやしとたっぷりのマヨネーズを入れてまぜただけ!!
I put in soy milk with dried Okara and added some vinegar, olive oil, cumin, salt and pepper, crazy salt, basil, cucumber, ham, chick peas and other beans, finely chopped bean sprouts and a lot of mayonnaise.

簡単だけどヘルシーで美味しかった!
It was so easy but healty and yummy !
