休みの日は、心も体もリフレッシュしたくて

先週末は2日連続で朝からハイキング🏔✨

今住んでいるカリフォルニア州(場所にもよると思うけど)

ハイキングスポットが結構多くて、そんなにハードなコースじゃないから

友達と喋りながら歩ける程よい感じ!


朝は割と冷えてるから上に羽織ってるんだけど日中は20度近くまで気温が上がるから

歩いてるとどんどん暑くなってきてどんどん脱いで最後は夏服みたいになる笑

歩いてる時に感じる程よい風と自然の音と、とっても気持ちいんだよね🌿

あ〜また早く週末にならないかなあ。ハイキングしたい。。。


まだカリフォルニアにきて2ヶ月くらいだけど、

海も綺麗!自然も豊か!雨もほとんど降らず湿度も高くない!

私は天気にも気持ちが左右されやすいから、

自然環境や気候はとっても大事で、特にカリフォルニアは今までで

一番体にフィットしてる気がする。

山も海も大きな青空も全部揃ってて、ほんと最高🌈


心と体の健康を保つには、少しでも外に出て

太陽の日差しを浴びてビタミンDを摂取しよっ☀️



On my days off, I want to refresh my mind and body.

Last weekend I hiked in the morning two days in a row 🏔✨

California, where I currently live (I think it depends on the location)

There are a lot of hiking spots, and the course isn't  hard.

It feels so good that I can walk while talking with your friends!


It's a little cold in the morning, so I put wear on, but during  the temperature of daytime rises to around 20 degrees.

As I was walking, I started to get hotter and hotter, so I started taking off more and more clothes until I looked like summer clothes lol

The breeze and the sounds of nature while walking makes me feel so good.

Ah, I wonder if it will be the weekend again soon. I want to go hiking. . .haha


I've only been in California for about two months,

The sea is also beautiful! Nature is also abundant! There is almost no rain and the humidity is not high!

My mood is easily influenced by the weather,

The natural environment and climate are very important for me, especially in California.

I feel like it fits my body the best.

The mountains, the ocean, and the big blue sky are all there, it’s really amazing 🌈


To keep my mind and body healthy, go outside as much as possible.

Get some vitamin D by soaking up the sun ☀️
