So... TEPCO says that Japanese people must stop using electricity during the peak time in demand without mentioning the most effective countermeasure that would not require the down-trodden, hard-working and utterly exhausted citizens in the usual heatwave: Shut Down the TV Stations that broadcast rubbish programmes!
At best, they are dumbing-down, at worst evil and callous demagoguing under the filthy influence of the dark side; the surviving nasties from the diabolical WWII, warmongering, nuclear-disaster generating, exploiting young generation with the ruthless zero-hour contract gig economy, inflaming racism against ordinary people who live in the neighbouring countries (not their particular political policies especially infringing basic human rights, but purely xenophobic, ignorant and arrogant hatred against millions of innocent people they have never even met.
