毎日続けている習慣ある?
Before breakfast, I practice gentle yoga starting with the Sun Salutation. Then Tree Pose (one-leg standing) for 60 seconds each. Then Plough Pose. Then the Head Stand. Each pose must be followed by Savasana (Corpse Pose) to stimulate Sympathetic and Para-sympathetic nerve systems in a balanced manner. Until I complete this daily routine I am not allowed to eat anything.
