Introduction on my favorite RAMEN in Japan.

Ramen Warrior has just opened !

Have you been to Japan ? tried to eat Ramen which is Japanese noondle during your stay? why not trying to each most favotite food among Japanese !!

In this blog, I'll try to introduce Ramen as many as possible to bring hottest Ramen information to all visitors from oversea !!! 

 

 

Origin

Japanse Ramen was innovated in 1850's after Chinese people visited and opened Chinese restaurants in each local cities in Japan. There are a lot of stories on the origin. One of the stories is Ramen was born in Lanzhou , western north area of China where people in local were eating "lā miàn". 

 

Contents

Ramen consists of noodle, soup and topping. There are many kind of ramen available in Japan from the north to the south. totally different taste. 

 

Taste

A ramen is normally classiffied as Shoyu (Soy-source), Miso ( Miso ), Shio (Solt) and Tonkotsu ( Pig bones) according with ingredient of soup. In north area, like Hokkaido, Miso and Shio are majority. In Tokyo, Shoyu taste is popilar. In south area, like Fukuoka, majority is Tonkotsu. 

 

Ramen museum

Recently there are many Ramen museum in Japan where you can try to eat many type of Ramen at once. You can see such museums in a tour guide book. In Haneda airport, Narita air port and others, you could find Ramen shops easily
