With a wide release slated for this upcoming NBA All-Star Weekend, there surely is a special set of colorways for that special event, as we’ve seen with prior Air Jordan releases. The Air Jordan 2012 ‘All-Star’ features two opposing themes colored up in bold colors of red and navy blue, using solid white outsoles and interiors to create a sweet contrast of visual color. Unlike Nike’s All-Star Game preparations, which consist of a ‘Galaxy’ theme, the Air Jordan 2012 opts for a more opulent touch that perfectly matches to wing-tip styling of the shoe. The Air Jordan 4 has had quite a bit Nike LunarEclipse of success in the past two months with a number of Lows and Highs in original colors. Jordan Brand will continue to put out more options for Air Jordan 4 fans and collectors including the above in black, infrared and white. This sneaker is similar Air Jordan 4 to the bred Air Jordan 4 High Strap that recently dropped but features a bit more red with the infrared parts in a glossy finish. They are scheduled for an end of January release in limited accounts and numbers.
The Kobe 8 is a sneaker that keeps proving itself in the latter part of its life. More proof of its potency arrives via this pair, a PE that was apparently created for WNBA star Kristi Toliver. Keep in Air Jordan 11 mind Toliver plays for the Sparks out in LA, so it’s not too surprising that she’s getting a little bit of Kobe love from the Swoosh team. Beneath the Sparks-centric colorway are the vague traces of a snake style pattern that is sort of close to that found on the “Milk Snake” release.
