This summer the Nike LeBron X will go denim on us, following up the likes of the “Cork” release with a material that’s been just a bit more common across the history of sneakers. It does keep things well out of the performance realm though, which seems to be the overall theme of the Nike LeBron X EXT. Release info remains murky-we’ve seen Euro retailers listing them as a June 22nd release though so the wait hopefully won’t be too much longer. Continue reading for another look at the “Denim” Nike LeBron X and tell us whether or not they top the high precedent set by the “Cork”.
Whatever way you spin it, this shade of red will appeal the masses. Much like the ‘Voltage Cherry‘ and ‘Strawberry Splash‘ tones that were used in previous Girls-only Air Jordan mini-collections, this upcoming Siren Red exudes that passionate red tone with a feminine spin, giving it a spike of hot pink that makes the shoe a certifiably femme vibe. Add n the lustrious metallic silver treatment of the pebbled-leather mudguard and you have yourself a pair of Air Jordans that fit somewhere in Nike Free Run 5.0 between classic Bulls and Lady Gaga chic. We’ve already brought you some thorough looks at two colorways of the upcoming Jordan Hallowed Ground and so far, the response seems to be pretty favorable. In addition to the White/Varsity Red/Black and Black/Varsity Red/White models, there will also be two other colorways in the first batch of Hallowed Ground releases. Both new versions sport the same midsole with a Black to Neon Yellow gradient splatter design moving from front Nike Free Womens to back. One uses a White upper and the other is solid Black, both with additional Nike Free Run 5.0 V4 Neon Yellow accents on the tongue branding. If you’re feeling this slick new basketball model from Jordan Brand, keep an eye out in early October when all four colorways will be hitting retailers, and for now, you can get a closer look at the whole lineup after the jump.
