Lunar cushioning + Max Air = LunarMax? Here’s a look at the Nike Lunar Max+ in Dark Grey and Sport Red that features a midsole cushioning unit that combines the lightweight comfort of Nike Lunar Nike Free Run Sale and the heel support from Max Air; the cushion construction was seen on the Lunar Max+ Vortex sample that Sneaker News showed you a while back – but this pair features an all new upper with Flywire panels over a mesh layer as well as a heel cup with a tessellation design taken from the Nike Free Run. You can expect this colorway to drop at Nike Running retailers like EastBay with a number of other color-ups arr5ing not long afterwards. Take another look after the jump and let us know what you think about the Lunar + Max Air cushioning.
Nike SB has never catered to ladies to the extent that they’d offer WMNS sizes, so that represents a nice opportunity for the Swoosh’s action sports d5ision. You’ll continue to see Dunks and other staple models in WMNS sizes, and in addition to the comfy and cute clothing, there Nike Free Run 5.0 V3
are two new silhouettes that require XX chromosomes. The new Nike 6.0 Balsa Mid is something like a Blazer plus an interesting little cuff at the toe, while the Air Isis reminds one of the classic Vans plimsolls, if they were more aggress5e, modern and slightly higher cut. Will the last Foamposite release from Nike Sportswear in 2011 turn out to be the year’s best? The Dark Pines have to contend with the Electric Greens and Retros, not to mention the various Free Run One colorways we’ve seen so far, but it’s hard to imagine a better colorway as we move toward shorter days and colder nights.
