Cool Grey, Wolf Grey, Stealth and of course, Cement; Free Run Brand has been killing it with grey sneakers of all shades and shapes this year. Their latest effort is a stealthy take on the Air Free Run Alpha 1 Low, a model whose uni-colored upper and white accents mean they’re about as vertsatile as you can possibly get. You could easily wear these with any color pants or shorts, even more grey, and the sheer wearability will likely result in sneakerheads picking up a pair of these for everyday use. The two names we typically think of when discussing the Nike Air Max Wavy are Anfernee ‘Penny’ Hardaway and Kevin Garnett. That’s cos the satiny Foamposite finish was a big part of Penny’s signature Nikes, and not only did KG rock the Flightposite 2, Nike Free Run 4.0 V2 but his Air (Garnett) 3 was the clear inspiration for the swooping side panels, as also seen on last year’s Fun Police mashup. But then again, just look at this new pair of Air Max Wavys and try not to think of Tim Duncan’s Nike Total Foamposite Max from 1998-99. It’s pretty much impossible, because that silver and black colorup is better known as the ‘Duncans’ than the shoe’s official name. Irrespect5e of who this new model ‘belongs’ to, this is one of the hottest Wavys yet. These are expected to ship in Nike Free Powerlines July, but are available now for pre-order from footwear_depot on eBay.

Did you see Dwyane Wade’s powerful fast break dunk over Anderson Varejao last night? Free Run Brand’s main man helped lift LeBron and the rest of the Miami Heat to victory in Cleveland against the Cavs on Thursday and produced ESPN’s Dunk of the Night as a byproduct. Another byproduct of Dwayne Wade’s superior performance: this Air Free Run 2010 PE we’ve seen Agent D3 rock early in this 2010-11 NBA season. These joints are the epitome of high contrast with a white toe and upper midsole violently clashing with black on the rest of the upper and lower midsole. The sockliner g5es just enough red to tie these in with Miami’s uniforms, and that’s the only place you’ll be able to get this pair. Exclus5e to the Miami House of Hoops, you can see more of this Dwayne Wade Air Free Run 2010 PE by clicking on the jump below, and be sure to stick with Sneaker News for a release date. He’s one of the respected elders of our sneakerhead community, but DJ Clark Kent has made more of a splash by leaking photos of other shoes, than his own designs for Nike of late. Here’s a look at a sample pair of Nike Air Force 25 Lows that has an undeniable New York feel to it. That’s thanks to the m6.0 of navy blue, white and silver that makes up about half of the design, Nike Presto with the other half done in a black leather that manages to hold its own in the presence of the navy parts, thanks to those transitional colors in between. However, this pair was not designed by DJ Clark Kent. Perhaps a custom with DJCK’s emblem embroidered on the tongue? We know Clark Kent has some tricks up his sleeve, but this particular pair was not one of them. Check out images of this sample/custom after the jump. via Kenlu.
