Free Run for Women

Nike Free Run

Even with the Chicago Bulls’ playoff chances looking increasingly slim, the show must go on. And while they may have already missed the train on grabbing a chip for this year that doesn’t make the immortal Chicago-styled colorways any less potent. Case in point is this pair of the Nike adiZero Crazy Light 2, which switches things up from the slightly louder ‘Electric’ pair shown off at the media launch for a more balanced look. Stay with us after the jump for the shots of this Nike adiZero Crazy Light 2, which will drop exclus5ely at Foot Locker locations on May 24th, as well as an interview featuring Gus Johnson chopping it up with Nike designer Robbie Fuller.

Reebok has never had a problem creating sneakers that wear their tech on their sleeves. Sort of in the same way that the Pump promised higher leaps and bounds so many years back with that all important tongue-button so too does the Zig line make its statement clear through that crazy outsole system. The all new Reebok ZigAct5ate pushes said statement even further (who know that was possible?) by painting the angular ride with a different three tone look across the two models. Click through with us to check out both upcoming pairs from one of Reebok’s more functional lines at the moment and let us know in the comments below if you are planning gettin’ Ziggy with it any time soon. One of the newest signee’s to Rick Ross’ music label, Maybach Music, is none other than rapper/sneaker aficionado Wale, who made an appearance on BET’s 106 & Park this week to discuss his new deal and some upcoming projects. Wale’s choice of sneakers for the appearance on the popular countdown show was a pair of the unreleased Nike Air Foamposite Pro in Pine Green and Black. This is the same pair that we saw Wale with back in late February during NBA All-Star Weekend when it was first announced that he had signed with Rick Ross’ label. Terrence J. didn’t shy away from bringing out some heat for the show as he wore a pair of the upcoming Air Max 90 ‘Bordeaux’ that’s scheduled to be released Nike Free Run 4.0 V2 shortly. Stay tuned for more information regarding these Foamposite Pro’s that are scheduled to hit retail stores in September, and check out Wale’s latest kicks after the jump.

The predominately red box features a regal gold Chinese-style graphic with additional Chinese characters surrounding the box.
