I'm working this bar. The concept is classic cocktail bar. I served all of the best classic cocktails for everyone know. Some new style irregular Cocktails are not to establish. I think some new style irregular Cocktails are not to establish to customer. It is difficult to spread the culture of the bar.
If customer can drink good favorite cocktails at any bar, It's can spread culture of bar.
Japan had cocktail boom before. Classic cocktails brought that boom. Because customer can enjoy classic cocktail at every bar.

Hoyo de Monterrey Double Coronas and Ron Diplomatico Reserva Exclusiva
Brand: Hoyo de Monterrey Name: Double Coronas Size: Double Corona Ring Gauge: 49 Length: 19.4cm / 7.6 Inches Usually I don't choose this brand. Normally I like full-bodied cigar. But, Double Corona is the only exception. This is not a full-bodied cigars, it is possible to enjoy a change of taste for a long time. Some time feel creamy taste, some time feel spicy taste. Can feel many kind taste for long time.
Ron Diplomatico Reserva Exclusiva
Type: Midium Rum Country: Venezuela Proof: 80(40%) "Ron Diplomatico Reserva Exclusiva" is one of my favorite rum.Aroma is very fruity. Very sweet smell like cinnamon and honey. Can feel relaxed. Taste is very soft. It's like a caramel and dried fruits. Finish is long and little bit spicy.Very nice combination for cigar and slow music.
French 75 is a cocktail made from gin, Champagne, lemon juice, and sugar. The drink was created in 1915 at the New York Bar in Paris---later Harry's New York Bar---by barman Harry MacElhone. The combination was said to have such a kick that it felt like being shelled with the powerful French 75mm field gun, also called a "75 Cocktail", or "Soixante Quinze" in French. The French 75 was popularized in America at the Stork Club in New York. The drink's recipe was first recorded in The Savoy Cocktail Book in 1930. The recipe in the Savoy Cocktail Book uses gin. A later cocktail book, The Fine Art of Mixing Drinks by David Embury, claims that the French 75 is a Cognac-based drink.
