Ahh.. The band =)
What is the 1st thing in people's mind when the word 'band' comes to mind?
Bands are very common nowadays, even in the Singapore music scene
Some last a long way, others fall apart
Is it possible for a band to last as long as we live?
Only if we see the band as a form of fellowship, enjoying each others' company
How can we not proceed to being 'colleagues' and enjoy each session, making music in our own world?
I guess its the commitment to the band =)
We don't have to commit to weekly rehearsals or jamming sessions, affecting our daily lives
Rather, looking forward to each jamming session as a time of relaxation and enjoyment
Escapism, some may call it xD
Maybe? But then again, precious memories are endeared to us
One day, will we be able to tell our kids and grandkids, that we were once in a band?
Watching thru videos and pictures of what we once were?
Or maybe I'm visualizing the future which may not be?
Let's work hard for now, and well.. Come what may xD

Hmm... I'm starting to plan for the band alr ^^
The 1st outing was great hahaha =)
Thou Tess and Joanne had to leave earlier for dinner back home.
I'll definitely keep the band in prayers ^^
Hmm... Vincent is gonna teach me the skills required for a lead guitarist soon
However I have to continue to work hard for that role, its not gonna be easy =)
Will keep on updating abt the band every now and then hahaha ^^

Without him, the Jrock scene wouldn't have been like it is today =)

He used to be the lead guitarist in X Japan before going solo cos Toshi had to leave the group due to some cult beliefs
Hide passed away a few days before his new album was released which was quite saddening =(

Another thing would be, Mummy's getting married again, it all seems too soon, 2 years after Dad passed away, and to a guy a few years my senior? (There's more factors contributing to the way I feel about this, but I shan't reveal )
What would I do? xD
