親愛なる皆さん
私たちは、人間の意識の大きな変化が、この惑星に本当に素晴らしい新世界をもたらすことを期待してきました。この世界では、私たちの思考が自由自在に現実を創造し、時空のどこへでも瞬時に移動でき、永遠に生きることができ、無限に知的でパワフルで豊かで健康な存在であり、誰からも愛されるのです。私たちは皆、想像を絶する可能性とチャンスを秘めた、この新しい黄金時代への準備が整っています。
私は、この素晴らしい新時代を最大限に活用するために何をすべきかを知っているので、この移行期にあなたのガイドとしてここにいるのです。
私たちは今、古い世界から新しい世界へと移る、大きな転換期にあります。古い世界から新しい世界へ、大きな転換期を迎えているのです。私たちは、人類の素晴らしい新時代の一員となることを選択することもできますし、変化に抵抗して自分の知っていることを続けることを選択することもできます。その選択は私たちのものです。
私たちの古い現実は、嘘、操作、コントロール、制限の基盤の上に築かれています。多くの人が、自分の人生を思い通りに生きるための十分なお金や時間がない、仕事はストレスが多い、給料が安い、地域には犯罪が多い、買い物に適した場所がない、子どものための良い学校がない、人生は短すぎる、辛すぎる、と感じています。
これらは、私たちが育ってきた中で、周囲の人々によって強化された制限です。あたかも福音であるかのように伝えられてきましたが、それは嘘にすぎません。私たちが信じてきたこの世界の嘘が、現実の限られた見方を作り出しているのです。私たちは、他人から与えられた制限を受け入れるようになり、自由になる感覚を忘れてしまいました。
私たちは、無限の可能性を感じることを忘れてしまったのです。
自由がないにもかかわらず、私たちは恐怖の枠の中で生き続け、経験に基づくのではなく、自分が真実だと信じるものによって認識を決められているのです。そのため、他人に支配され、夢に向かって行動することを恐れ、人生で本当に望むものよりも低い金額で妥協してしまうのです。
私たちは、世界は危険な場所であり、人生は困難で不公平なものだと考えています。私たちは、何が真実で何が真実でないかを教えてくれる権威と呼ばれる人たちに、自分をコントロールされることを許しています。そして、誰かがあえて違うことを考えたり、期待されていることに反することをしたりすると、嘲笑され、間違っている、あるいは狂っているとさえ言われます。
このような古いパラダイムは、そろそろ死んでもいい頃です。古臭い信念体系であり、もはや私たちの役には立ちません。私たちが限られた視野から抜け出し、互いに、そして自然と調和して生きていくためには、現実の認識全体を変える必要があるのです。
愛は、宇宙そのものを含む宇宙のすべてのものと調和して生きるための鍵です。人間の真の姿は愛であり、それを見つけるための道はたくさんあります。

私たちは自由意志を持っていますが、無意識に生きていると、無意識の選択をしてしまい、継続的な闘争のパターンに陥ってしまうのです。私たちは、自分の経験を良いものか悪いものかと判断し、「良い」ものは自分へのご褒美と思い、「悪い」ものは、誰かが大金を払わなければならない罰と思い、腹を立ててしまいます。しかし、これでは、内面からではなく、外面から判断することになり、私たちを苦しめることになります。
あなたがハートから生きているとき、あなたは内なるガイダンスシステムとつながり、あなたの世界はすべてうまくいっていることを知ることができます。どんなことが起きても、自分自身の進化と充足に向けたプロセスの一部として受け入れ、そこから本当の幸せが生まれるのです！
朝起きたら、何をするよりも先に、じっと静かにしていましょう。目を閉じて深呼吸をし、自分にこう言い聞かせます。「生きていることに感謝します。私は、友人や家族、家や住居、着ている衣服、健康、そして呼吸に感謝します。私は、今、私の人生にあるすべてのものに感謝しています。」
この言葉を一日中、思い出せる限り何度も繰り返してください。一日中、この言葉を口にするのを忘れないようにしながら、それを感じてみてください。一語一句を感じ取り、心の底から本気で言ってください。

私たちの人生の大半は、自分の人生には悪いことが多すぎて、それを変えることはできないと感じたことでしょう。私たちはこの嘘を信じ、それが私たちの人生を支配することを許してきたのです。

The New Golden Age
Dear ones,
We have been anticipating the big change in human awareness because it will usher in a genuinely amazing new world on this planet. In this world, our thoughts create reality at will, where we can travel instantaneously anywhere in space-time, where we can live forever, where we are infinitely intelligent, powerful, prosperous, and healthy beings whom everyone loves. We are all ready for this new Golden Age, with its unimaginable possibilities and opportunities.
I am here as your guide through this transition period because I know what to do in order to take full advantage of this amazing new age.
We are now in a time of great transition, moving from the old world into a new one. As we leave the old way of life behind us, there are many exciting new possibilities available to us. We can choose to be part of a wonderful new era of humanity, or we can choose to resist change and continue with what we know. The choice is ours.
Our old reality was built on a foundation of lies, manipulation, control, and limitation. Many people feel that they don't have enough money or enough time to live their lives as they wish; that their job is too stressful or does not pay well enough; that there's too much crime in their community or not enough good places to shop; that there aren't enough good schools for their children; that life is too short or too hard. These are the limitations we've grown up with and which were reinforced by those around us. They were passed along as though they were gospel truth, but they were nothing more than lies.
The lies we've been taught to believe about our world have created a limited view of reality. We've come to accept the limitations that others have placed upon us, and we've forgotten how it feels to be free.
We have forgotten what it's like to feel infinite.
Despite our lack of freedom, we continue to live within the confines of fear, and our perceptions are dictated by what we believe to be true instead of being based on experience. This is why we let others control us, why we are afraid to act on our dreams, and why we settle for less than what we really desire in life.
We think that the world is a dangerous place and that life is hard or unfair. We allow ourselves to be controlled by so-called authorities who tell us what's true and what isn't. And if someone does dare to think differently or do something contrary to what's expected of them, they're ridiculed and told that they're wrong or even crazy.
It's time for this old paradigm to die. It is an archaic belief system that no longer serves us. Our whole perception of reality needs to change in order for us to break free from our limited views and begin living in harmony with one another as well as with nature.
Love is the key to living in harmony with everything in the Universe, including the Universe itself. The true nature of human beings is love, and there are many paths to finding it.
Love is always present, but sometimes we lose sight of it. We get so caught up in our personal circumstances that we forget what really matters. We lose sight of the fact that we are love and that we are eternal spiritual beings having a human experience.
We have free will, but when we live unconsciously, we make unconscious choices that keep us in a pattern of continuous struggle. We judge our experiences as good or bad and attach to the "good" ones as personal rewards for which we deserve to be rewarded, and become upset about the "bad" ones, which seem to be personal punishments for which someone must pay dearly. But this causes us to suffer because we are judging ourselves on an external basis rather than from within.
When you live from your heart, you connect with your inner guidance system and know that all is well in your world because you trust yourself to act in alignment with your highest good. Accept whatever happens as part of the process toward your own evolution and fulfillment—and that's where real happiness comes from!
When you wake up in the morning, before you do anything else, be still and quiet. Close your eyes, take a deep breath, and say to yourself, "I'm grateful for another opportunity to be alive. I'm grateful for my friends and family, my home and shelter, the clothes on my back, my health, and my breath. I'm grateful for everything I have in my life right now. "
Repeat these words as often throughout the day as you can remember to do so. As you remember to say them throughout the day, feel them. Feel every word and truly mean it with all of your heart.
By repeating these words throughout the day, you will begin to see that your life is changing for the better. You will see opportunities coming your way faster than ever before. The Universe will begin to respond to your positive attitude by sending positive things your way. You will attract positive situations into your life because of your gratitude for what you already have in your life.
Then your entire existence will alter, and you will witness the emergence of a new reality. It's a reality in which everyone is thriving, living the life they want, and creating the conditions that support that. This is not a pipe dream – it's happening now, and you are part of it.
To be clear, this is not about some pie in the sky utopia we'll be living in one day. This is about how your life can be right now.
This new reality does not require you to give up anything or change who you are as a human being. It does not require you to sacrifice or settle for less. All it requires is an understanding of how you have been programmed for your entire life and what you can do about it.
For much of our lives, we will have felt that there are too many things wrong with our lives for us to be able to change them. We will have bought into this lie and allowed it to take over our lives.
It is time to wake up from this lie! The truth is that there are no limitations on us as a species, except those that we impose upon ourselves. We can create the world we want to live in if we first eliminate the lies and beliefs that keep us trapped by limiting beliefs.
You will have clarity once you realize this fact. This insight will help you progress spiritually and prepare you for the New Golden Age, which will usher in a new era of heaven on Earth!
