Since the 2nd, the Cosmic Mother has fully opened the heavenly floodgates of the Seven Higher Heavens, that are allowing the full spectrum of the upgraded, cleared, and reset Emerald and Cosmic Founder Rays of the Three-Fold Founder Flame, and Music of The Spheres, to have now fully returned to this and all realms.
