Caucasian の自虐ジョークネタによく使われるもののひとつ、それは、
ダンス！
普段はあまり、ブラックだとかホワイトだとかいう危ない差別用語は使わないにしても、このような自虐ネタの時は、皆さんホワイトを連発。
この場合のホワイトは、多分、特にアングロサクソン系を指してますね。
あまりラテン系のイタリアンとか、スパニッシュは含まれていないはず。
確かにブラックという言葉で総括される音楽やダンスのリズム感とははっきりいって違い過ぎ。
いつまでたっても、身体の動かし方がABBAっぽい（失礼）
このビデオで取り沙汰されている方々も、イタリアンとかスパニッシュとかいったラテン系の方々の姿はないように見受けられます。
それにしても、Caucasian clapとかそういう、いかにもの動作にネーミングしているところが、笑えます。
”ホワイト”さんと、いつか恋愛をしてみたいわ～という方がいらしたら、
この手のダンスムーブを習得しておくか、この手のダンスムーブに耐えられる辛抱強さを培っておくといいかもしれませんね～。
真面目な話し、例えば英国なんかですと、折りにふれて、パロウィーンだの、結婚式だの、という大きめパーティーでDJを呼んで「それディスコ！」なんてことになった時には、まさに上述のダンスムーブが絶対に必要になるかと思います。これらのダンスムーブの良いところは、年齢に関係なく、恋人のオトウさんとも、おじいちゃんとも、ぴったりと息があうダンスができるってことです（笑）
はい、もちろん私も、イギリス人の亡夫と出会い（日本）、彼の同僚なんかと連れ立って夜遊びに繰り出していた頃、これらのダンスムーブに席巻されてました。当時、表参道に足しげく通い、NYやLAから来日していたダンサーの方々にヒップポップを夢中になって習っていた私はかなり心外でしたが、ダンスはさておき、心のきれいな青年でしたので（笑）
ノルウェーから来ていた同僚に、
Britsはダンスができない
と大好きなカワイ子ちゃん（私だ）の前でからかわれて、むきになった夫は、
スクワットムーブのrange of movementを更に大きくし、Caucasian クラップは、更に大きくなっていったのでした。
その後、このなぜか踊りの上手なノルウェー君のリードで私がそこそこにサルサもどきを踊り、それを遠くからみていた若き夫は、何者でもない、勝ち目なしのwhite guyでした
あれから13年。わたくしは遠い目をして、わたくしの愛したwhite guyのダンスを思い返しています（笑）
