最近一番感動した事は趣味でもあるスポーツ(主に、野球⚾️.サッカー⚽️.総合格闘技🥋.陸上競技🏃♀️その他etc..)観戦で...
井上尚弥さんが昨年11月、階級最強決定トーナメントワールド・ボクシング・スーパー・シリーズ（ＷＢＳＳ）バンタム級決勝でのノニト・ドネア戦以来の試合や、ボクシングＷＢＡ＆ＩＢＦバンタム級王者の井上さんが10月31日（日本時間11月1日）🇺🇸ラスベガスでジェイソン・マロニーを相手に両王座の防衛戦に臨みパッションをみせてくれたことです🥊
ノニト.ドネアの試合は確か埼玉スーパーアリーナでオールフルブック。
ラスベガスでは無観客試合。どんな状況下でもBestを尽くし、この業績を称えるに伴い見えないところでどのような血の滲むような努力を重ねてきたかは、図らずとも想像を超えたものと思われます。(勿論持って生まれたセンスもあるでしょう..しかし..)🥊
両王座の防衛戦に臨み素晴らしい"パッション"を魅せてくださったことで鳥肌が立つほど感動しました
スポーツに限らず"近年成功と因果関係のある能力についての研究結果が頻繁に紹介されていますが、その研究の多くが仕事の成功に必要なのは学力やIQテスト、先天的な能力ではないことを示していたのは目から鱗でした！🥊✨
昨年のヒット作学力の経済学では、学歴と将来の経済的成功とに因果関係はなく、自制心ややり抜く力のような非認知能力（目に見えにくい能力）のほうが影響していると指摘しており、話題になりましたが、まさにこの事か！と妙に納得した次第です
GRIT やり抜く力でも、まさに人生の成功にはGRIT＝やり抜く力が必要であることを称えていますね📕
