I'm eating a rice ball
おにぎり食べてます
It's easy to make.
簡単に作れます
I know I must have more vegitables and less Tansuikabutsu to lose wight.
もっと野菜を取って、炭水化物を減らした方がいいことは分かってるんですが・・・
But if I get up late in the morning・・・I can't have lunch
朝寝坊したら・・・お昼ご飯なし
Because there is no shop near my office
会社の近くにお店がないんです
And I don't want to think about lunch from the morning
それに朝からランチのことを考えるのも面倒だし
So I make always
なのでだいたいおにぎり作ります
If it's not busy , I go to home and have lunch 
忙しくないときは、家に行ってランチ食べます
I can have hot lunch at that time
その時は温かいご飯が食べれますね
