I get lots of messages asking about my skincare routine. Well, prevention is the greatest care I think. I've never smoked,taken drugs, or eaten much junk and processed sugar. I drink tons of water, I avoid the sun, apply sunscreen even in the winter, I eat mostly clean and get supplements. My permanent poker face obviously helps too 🙂. I've been wearing prevention/anti-age creams since I was 15, I never sleep with makeup on and I apply skincare products 2-3 times/day. I use peeling products or my Clarisonic at least once per week and I generally don't drink alcohol since 2013. I buy Korean anti-age products/makeup and I love snail anything. However, I'm guilty of sleeping at 7AM for like 10 years, combined with my infamous extreme levels of stress, so I got some skin damage from that over the years, sadly ><.
