Tsoureki madness | Season of Ghosts Sophia

Greek Easter is just around the corner! It's a tradition relatively unknown in Japan, but it's rather important in Greece and the western world in general. There's tons of delicious food involved and it's considered to be a family celebration. As expected from Greece, right?

The thing I'm looking forward to the most, is tsoureki! (pronounced: tsoo-rè-ki)
It's a mildly sweet bread with spices and during Easter it's often decorated with red eggs.
It's reeeeally soft and smells dreamlike.
Aghh, I'm gonna cry +。 +゚

There are lots of tsoureki styles and flavours and you can buy it all year round, but people eat it the most during Easter. Should I make some? Hmmm ^^
