Hello everyone!

Today's blog is a reblog of Instructor Rusty, also known as Akio Otani, from Hyogo, Japan.

After trying his techniques myself, my skin feels better already and no longer feels dry after washing my face.

Give it a try and see for yourselfウインク

Hello! My name is Rusty (Akio Otani), and I am the CEO of the Koshien Sage Lymph Care Method Studio.

I recently decided to conduct an experiement to see what would happen if I stopped using toner on my face.

This all started when I was scrolling through my Facebook feed the other day and noticed a post by a friend who practices the Sage Lymph Care Method that read: "No more face toners!"

To be honest, I don't really remember the details of the post or who even uploaded the post about this.

It might have not even said "No more face toners!"... It might have been something more along the lines of "I only need to use face toner from now on!"

But regardless of the details, when I read the post, I thought to myself: what if I stop using toner on my face completely?

I have actually been struggling with dry skin since I was a young child.

My skin was so dry that it was constantly flaking off.

This put my face in pretty bad shape, which I had to deal with for the majority of my life.

This flaky skin made my face more prone to getting wrinkles. Students at school would call me "The Guy with a 40-Year-Old Face" in high schoolえーん

I tried so many different remedies, but to no avail. I was advised to use face toner, but when I tried it, it made my face feel like it was burning, most likely due to the face that I also suffer from eczema.

And even though my skin looked moisturized after applying the face toner, that look only lasted a few seconds! Then it was back to being dry again, like a desert that never gets rained on...

I consulted with a dermatologist who suggested using a prescription moisturizer, but that just ended up leaving my skin feeling sticky and looking extremely shiny. How embarrassing!

This led to more teasing at school, with people making comments like "Oooo looking really shiny today!"

But I got used to my skin being like this.

It all changed when I discovered the Sage-Lymph Care Method two years ago. I was eventually freed of my dry skin!

I actually didn't expect my skin to feel this great when I first started practicing the Sage-Lymph Care Method, but I did notice that my skin was gradually getting better which motivated me to continue.

Before I knew it, my skin was no longer dry!

I have less wrinkles on my face, and even my eczema has disappeared almost completely!

It's hard to see the dry skin in this picture, but my entire face was extremely wrinkly and my skin was sagging all over.

Now I am able to apply toner on my face without it burning my skin!

I also no longer need to use the sticky prescription moisturizer that my dermatologist gave me.

My dry skin is gone, and my skin stays moisturized throughout the day when I apply face toner after washing my face in the morning.

So I thought to myself, maybe the moisturization isn't just because of the face toner? Maybe I can even go without the face toner?

I saw the Facebook post I mentioned earlier as I was thinking these things, which led me to experiment for myself.

It has been almost two weeks since I stopped using face toner, but my dry skin has stayed away.

The humidity might be helping to keep my skin moisturized, but even with the humidity, my skin was still very dry before.

Practicing the Sage Lymph Care Method did not just cure the dry skin on my face. It actually cured the dry skin all over my body as well.

It seems that I have finally been able to conquer my dry skin dilemma that I have dealt with all my life.
