この頃、世の中は押し付けがましい愛が多くって、見たり聞いたりすると疲れてしまいます
そんな時にさりげない優しさを貰えるととても素敵な人に想えてしまうのです
さりげない愛って多分思いやりじゃないかしら
「お腹空いてない？」って声を掛けてくれるお母さん
「お疲れ様！」といたわってくれる上司
「次の駅で降りるので」と席をゆずる見知らぬ
いろんな人のさりげなさが社会を創っていると思うのです
だとしたら、される側よりもする側になってみませんか
「ごはん出来るから待ってね」の優しさ
「疲れたでしょう！」の声かけ
「良い天気ですね」と散歩で出会った人への挨拶
どちらの側にしてもさりげない愛が行きかうのは素敵です
テレビを観ても、ラジオを聞いても、政治への不満や人殺しやetc
暗い世の中がどんどん語られ、心は暗くなるばかり
たまには報道も噂話もシャットアウトして、明るい空の下を歩きましょう
きっと心がクリーンアップ
世の中よりもまずはあなたが幸せでなきゃつまらない
空を眺め、野の花に見とれ、あぁ今日も私は生きていると一生懸命働いてくれている自分の心臓に感謝
手や足や腰や目、問題なく動かせる体にありがとう
もしどこかにどうしても治らない不足があったら、不満を思う存分口にしてから、「こんな私でもあなたは生かしてくれるのね」ともう一度心臓に感謝
それから家族に感謝
ちょっと不満だけど、家族の側でも不満な事があるだろう。それでも家族でいてくれる
住んでる家にありがとう！この家があるから雨が降っても雪が降っても守ってもらえるのね
