”復活の時が来たわ”と
落ち込んだ時が終わりだと思ってはいけません
落ち込んだ時が復活の始まりなのです
人生の本番に助走するときが来たのです
スタートの最初にあなたがすること
まず、心を休ませましょう
暫くすると、心が歩き出します
心が歩き出すまで、あなたは絶対に無理やり動こうとしてはいけません
なぜなら、あなたとあなたの心は別人格だから
無理すると、あなたの心はつぶれるから、心が歩き出すまであなたは焦らずに、優しい気持ちで待ってください
休む時間は何分とか何時間とか決められません
今が復活の助走の始まりだと、あなたは、あなたの心を信じてね
後はあなたの心にあなた自身をゆだねましょう
心が歩き出した時は、後になって「あぁあの時だったんだ」と想い出して、きっとあなたは微笑むでしょう
何か考え始めたり、掃除を始めたり、家にこもっていたのが旅に出たり、一人一人復活の状態は違います
あなたの頭で、いろんなことを考えるのは無駄な事ヨ
だって、人は頭で考えるとネガティブな事だけを考えて、自分自身を否定するもの
心は反対にあなたをポジティブへといざなうから、復活＝幸せも始まる

「私と私の心は別？そんなのおかしいわよ」
失恋した時、恋人を忘れたいのに、忘れられない
悪い事をした時、なんだか心がモヤモヤする
ほら、あなたはあなたの心を想うように出来ないでしょ
あなたが悪い事をしたとき、周りの人に責められなくても、あなたの心はあなたを責めるのよ
だってあなたの心はどんなに歳を取っても、一生綺麗なのです
だから、人が悪い事をしたとき、何回もしつこく注意してはいけません
一回注意したら、後はその人の心に任せなさい
良い方向に復活するか、しないかはその人自身
誰にも責任は取れないのです
あなたは、責任が取れるあなた自身の為に生きましょう
そして山盛りいっぱいの幸せになりましょう
