先が見えない不況のなか、“下請け構造”に依存してきた全国の中小企業は苦しんでいる。
かつて精密工業が盛んだった長野県伊那も、下請けの工賃が半額ほどに減り、経営が行き詰まる企業が急増している。
経営再建か、廃業か。過酷な現実のなかで、ぎりぎりの模索を続ける中小零細企業の社長たちと、経営コンサルタント。
その「対話」の現場にカメラを入れることで、“経済の収縮に、のたうちまわる地域社会”の現状を描き出す。
日本の会社の3割が過剰とのこと。
私の思いは、協調して生き残りたい。ただそれだけです。
