Ok, of course most people now, Hello/Hi/How are you? and most polite How do you do?
but us Native Speaking English people we Greet and Introduction in many different way, like for example.....
This is very informal but you can use it when you meet friend of friends or people close to you...... but if youwant to make a nice impression of your good English, you can also start with
