My job
I was transfered to Head Quater in Japan recently.
Unfortunately, I don't have to use english so much in the current environment.
However, the job I'm now engaged in is totally different from what I used to do in R&D center.
When I belonged to R&D, I was just improving and developing the better products in order to sell it more.
On the other hand, in HQ I am required to make a production schedule, budget estimate and meet customers.
In fact, I need to manage my business, including managing R&D and production to add up as a sales person..
That's why its really hard for me to adjust myself to that kind of working condition.
In additon, there are a bunch of things to learn in order to deal with those things.
It's going to be tough year for me in terms of my ability and stumbling economy situation.
However, I'm gonna do my best in 2009
