残暑お見舞い申し上げます。
わたしの感覚では最も暑いのは８月下旬～９月中旬です（都心）。
ただ今年はそうでもなく、夏が短めなのでしょうか？
今年の夏は子供の頃（約40年前）の夏を思い出すことが多かったです。
いっしょに思い出して、今年の夏を振り返ってみませんか？
きっと暑さも和らぎますし、幸せにもなれます！

■（１）昼間から暗い・ざっと雨が降って涼しくなる
昼間から空が真っ暗になることがあります。
ざっと雨が降って涼しくなります。ときには雷が伴いますね。
子供の頃の夏休みも、家にいてそんなことがよくあったのが懐かしい！
あなたはいかがでしょうか？
わたしは最近はテレワークの日も増えました。
大人になって自宅で仕事しているとは思いませんでした（笑）
■（２）夜道のなんともいえない空気
子供の頃、夜間に外出するのは、夏のお祭りの日くらいでした。
今は仕事の帰りのほか、夜間に買い物や図書館に行ったりしています。
今年の夏は、子供の頃のお祭りのような空気の日が多かったです。
夜風が気持ちよく、暑さというよりは、包み込まれるような空気。
隅田川花火大会の日もそう感じました（花火は見ていませんが＾＾；
あなたも仕事の帰り道に夜風を感じることがあるでしょう。
子供の頃の夏祭りを思い出してみるのもいいものです。
■（３）現代のほうが夏は圧倒的に快適！
温暖化や異常気象などと言われることがありますね。
真実はともかく、今の情報社会は良くも悪くもそういうものです。
ただ、暑いかどうかは、完全な主観です。
他人から暑いだろうと言われて、暑いと感じる必要はありません。
考え方一つです。
（１）（２）で子供の頃を思い出しながら考えました。
✔現代のほうが夏は圧倒的に快適！
それは当然です。
なにしろエアコンがありますからね！本当に感謝です。
40年前なんて、家にはもちろん、電車や学校にもエアコンは無かった！
それと比べたら現代の夏なんて、圧倒的に快適です。
暑いなど身の回りのことをぼやくなんて幼児にだってできます。
代わりに、ちょいムズですが、感謝できることを見つけてみませんか？
小さなことですが、人生の方向性が変わる小さくて大きな習慣です！

When I was a child, the only time I went out at night was on summer festival days.
Now, in addition to going home from work, I also go shopping and to the library at night.

The night breeze was pleasant, and rather than being hot, the air felt like it was enveloping.
I felt the same on the day of the Sumida River Fireworks Festival (although I didn't see the fireworks ^^;
