実はわたしはＡＩのすごさがほとんど理解できていません＾＾；
こういうニュースに対してブログを書くことで、学んでいきます！
■このニュースの２つの論点
上記の記事は、次の２つの点がごちゃまぜになっています。
✔①ＡＩが自律的に発明をする？
✔②（発明をするのはあくまで人間で）道具としてＡＩを利用する
記事のライターも①と②をきちんと区別しているのか疑問です。
企業・団体の８割や特許庁が懸念しているのは②と思われます。
ＡＩを道具として用いるとしても、適切ではないという懸念です。
クオリティの低い特許出願の乱造で、特許庁の懸念もわかります。
わたしもＡＩの理解は、②どまりです（道具としてのＡＩ）。
一方、ニュース記事のタイトル（①）はどういうことなのか？
大手メディアにしては、ずさんな印象です＾＾；ＡＩに書かせたの？
とはいえ、こちらは（大手メディアではない）個人ブログです。
①について、頭の体操で考察してみましょうか＾＾；
■ＡＩが自律的に発明を行えるのか？
ＡＩが自律的に発明を行うとしたら、こんなステップでしょう。
①世の中の課題を見つけてくる
②その課題の解決手段（発明）を創作する（見つけてくるでは不十分）
①については、ＡＩでも可能かも知れません。
ガンの治療薬を作りたいでも、歌える曲を増やしたいでもＯＫ（笑）
課題自体は、新規なものである必要はありません。
ネットから適当に抽出してくればいいでしょう。
問題は②です。
（なんなら、①については、人間が課題を与えてもいいでしょう。）
というのは、特許を取るためには、新規な発明である必要があります。
解決手段そのものをどこかから見つけてきても、特許は取れません。
この点をＡＩはどう解決するのでしょうね？

上記②の「創作」をＡＩができるのか？
わたしがＡＩのすごさが理解できないわけもこの辺にあります。

✔たしかに、すべての発明は既存のものの組み合わせと言われます。
とはいえ人間は、意味のない組み合わせを排除できます。
ＡＩに「天からアイデアが降ってくる」などは起こせるのか？
✔意味のない新規な組み合わせなら、特許してもいいのでは？
そんな価値のないものに特許を与えてもだれも困らないからです。
冒頭の「実現性が検証されていない技術」もこういうものか？
✔ある名探偵はこんなことを言います。
「一定のルールの下で起きた事件なら、解けないものはない！」
ＡＩが自律的に発明するには、どんな「ルール」が必要だろうか？
そもそも創作はできないか、創作できるなら今のＡＩとは別物か？

I saw a news article like this.
Actually, I barely understand the wonders of AI ^^;
I will learn by writing blogs about this kind of news!
■Two points of contention in this news
The above article confuses two points:
✔① Will AI invent autonomously?
✔② (Inventing is done by humans only) Use AI as a tool
I wonder if the writer of the article is properly distinguishing between ① and ②.
It seems that 80% of companies and organizations as well as the Japan Patent Office are concerned about ②.
There are concerns that even if AI is used as a tool, it is not appropriate.
I can understand the concerns of the Japan Patent Office about the profusion of low-quality patent applications.
My understanding of AI is limited to ② (AI as a tool).
On the other hand, what does the title of the news article (①) mean?
It seems sloppy for a major media outlet ^^; Did they let AI write it?
However, this is a personal blog (not a major media).
Let's consider ① with some mental exercises ^^;
■Can AI autonomously invent inventions?
If AI were to autonomously invent something, it would take steps like this.
① Find out the issues in the world
②Create a means (invention) to solve the problem (finding one is not enough)
Regarding ①, it may be possible with AI.
Whether you want to create a cure for cancer or increase the number of songs you can sing, it's OK (lol)
The challenge itself does not have to be new.
It would be nice if you could extract it from the internet.
The problem is ②.
(For ①, it would be fine for humans to give the assignments.)
This is because in order to obtain a patent, the invention must be new.
Even if you find the solution itself from somewhere, you cannot patent it.
How can AI solve this problem?

Can AI do the “creation” mentioned in ② above?
This is also the reason why I cannot understand the wonders of AI.

✔It is true that all inventions are said to be combinations of existing things.
However, humans can eliminate meaningless combinations.
Is it possible for AI to have “ideas fall from the sky”?
✔If it's a meaningless new combination, wouldn't it be okay to patent it?
No one would be bothered by patenting such a worthless thing.
Is this the same as the "technology whose feasibility has not been verified" mentioned at the beginning?

What kind of "rules" are needed for AI to autonomously invent things?
Is it impossible to create in the first place, or if it can be created, is it different from current AI?
