話し方、歌、振る舞い、文字、イラストなどに応用できます。
■カラオケで聞こえてくる曲はプロ？アマ？
カラオケに行って、部屋の外から歌が聞こえてくることがありますね。
この歌が、BGM（プロ）かカラオケ（アマ）か区別できますか？
プロとアマの違いはいろいろありますが、わかりやすい一つの基準は、
✔歌声にブレがない！
音程については、アマチュアでもほぼパーフェクトな人もいます。
ただ、声のブレ・ゆらぎについては、プロとアマで全く違います。
例えば、低年齢の歌手をYouTubeで見てみるといいと思います。
映画やドラマのセリフなどもそうです。
どんな子役も、プロはプロの話し方をしています。
ですので、堂々としています。
私たちはこのことから学んでみましょう！
①話し方、振る舞いなど
私たちも、日ごろからできるだけ堂々と振る舞いましょう。
実際はドキドキしていても、他人からはわからないのですから。
②文字、イラストなど
できるだけ震えないように、力強く書き（描き）ましょう。
ちなみに、以前当ブログで取り上げたわたしのイラストはこちら（笑）
このイラストが下手に見える主要因は、震えているからです。
力強く描けば、少なくとも「下手」は脱出できます。
あとは「個性」ということになります。
③歌、話し方など
歌も堂々と大きな声で歌いましょう。
ちなみに、歌や話し方は、レッスンを受けることもできます。
YouTubeなら無料で学べます（内容には限界がありますが）。
どんな子役だってプロになるために圧倒的に練習しています。
私たち大人も、いくらでも見習えることがありますね。
（追記）本記事を書いたきっかけメモ
・あるユーチューバーはたまにウィスパーボイスで話す
→そのときは説得力もなく、耳障りも悪い。再生回数も伸びない。
・YouTubeのボイトレ動画のおかげでロングトーンが安定してきた
→カラオケで高得点が出やすくなった（歌の上手さは別の話し）
・右腕を直すために筋トレに加え、ペン字も始めました
→文字が震えないだけで、本当にしっかりした文字に見える

Write (draw) powerfully and try not to tremble as much as possible.

The main reason this illustration looks bad is because it's shaking.
If you draw powerfully, you can at least escape from being "bad".
The rest is "personality".
③Singing, speaking, etc.
Let's sing loud and confidently.
By the way, you can also take lessons on how to sing and speak.
You can learn for free on YouTube (although there are limits to the content).
Every child actor practices overwhelmingly in order to become a professional.
Even we adults can learn from them.
(Additional note) Memo of why I wrote this article
・Some YouTubers sometimes speak in a whisper voice
→At that time, it wasn't convincing and it was jarring. The number of views is also not increasing.
・Thanks to the voice training videos on YouTube, my long tone has become more stable.
→It's now easier to get high scores at karaoke (singing skills are another story)
・In addition to muscle training to repair my right arm, I started writing with a pen.
→The characters just don't shake and look really solid.
