■新幹線の席を倒すときどうするか？
天候もよく大きな事件もない。
そんなときのニュースは、身近な社会問題のニュースが増えます。
これという答えが見つからず、いつまでも議論できるものが多いです。
そんなニュースの中には、発明の種があるかも知れません。
例えば、最近のニュースで見たのは、
✔新幹線の座席を倒すとき、後ろに声をかける？
この記事は、年に５回くらいは見ます＾＾；ライターはＡＩかな
たしかにこれは100点という答えはないかも知れませんね。
①「倒していいですか？」
→後ろの人は「大丈夫です」一択の答えを言うモヤモヤ感
②「倒します！」または無言で倒す
→後ろの人によってはトラブルの可能性も・・・
こんな議論がネットで行われています。
あなたは新幹線の席を倒すときどうしていますか？
これが社会問題なら、ここに発明の種はないでしょうか？
わたしも３つほどアイデアを考えてみました！
■新幹線の席を倒すアイデアで特許を目指せるか？
①始発駅ですべての席を倒しておく
最初から席が倒れているほうをデフォルトにします。
必要な人は席を「戻す」ことにします。
これなら、後ろの人への確認は不要になるかな？
②席の後ろにこんな表示をする
席の後ろに、こんな表示をしておきます。
「席が倒れてお困りの方は、予め前の方にお声がけください」
後ろの人に選択権を渡します。
③席を倒す際に、席の後ろに表示できないだろうか？
席を倒す際に、ボタンを押すとこんな表示が点灯する。
「これから席が倒れます。問題がありましたらお声がけください」
これなら、後ろの人はこれから席が倒れることが確認できます。
そして、問題なければ、反応しないで済みます。
■
では、①～③で特許を目指せるか？
①や②のような取り決め事では、特許は難しいものです。
③は、②を発展させたものですが、こちらなら可能性はあります。
席やボタンという「物」についてのアイデア（発明）だからです。
特許を目指すには「物の工夫」という点で考えてみるといいですね。
