Tips to make it easier to throw away memories [Let's create a future rather than past memories]
I think there are many people who enjoyed the three-day holiday.
However, the weather seemed to be sluggish in many places on the final day.
As the seasons change, it's a good idea to clean up and declutter your home.
It's not sweaty, it's not too cold, and it's nice to change clothes.
This article is a bit exaggerated,
✔Let's create a future from past memories!
That's the story.
■ Tips to make it easier to throw away your memories
I will tell you (1) the practical version and (2) the way of thinking.
(1) Practical edition
① Collect memorable things that you are unsure whether to throw away or not.
(Once you collect them, you can leave them out of sight for a while.)
② Let's throw away the safest thing among them.
③Wait a few days and see how your feelings change. It shouldn't be a big deal!
④The remaining items should also be thrown away in order.
Last year, I also decluttered all at once.
I even created a blog category called ``Discarded Patent Attorney Series'' (lol)
However, perhaps due to the nature of my job, I couldn't throw away the documents.
I especially felt special about the documents that had notes written on them.
I also learned about a certain service, and I am currently disposing of my documents.
What is that service?
That service is the document melting service "Melty."
Just pack it in a cardboard box and they will come and collect it for you.
You can dispose of 5,000 sheets of A4 paper for about 2,000 yen.
This is not a stealth marketing, so please check it out for yourself.
(2) A way of thinking that makes it easier to throw away memories
I will tell you the main points.
✔In order to have a fulfilling future, it is better to let go of the past.
→A sponge that has absorbed water is the same as being unable to absorb any more water.
→When you let go of the past, you focus on the present and future.
✔To make it easier to throw things away, it is better to have a certain amount of money to spare.
→ You can buy it again if the situation arises (even if you almost never buy it again)
✔As we age, the importance of things, money, and memories may change.
→If you like saving money, it's a good idea to think about it.
→I think it's good to be aware of things like lifespan.
My recommended book is "DIE WITH ZERO".
This book is also recommended for ``decluttering''!
