➟Today is sort of a tragic day, something's gonna die today! D: And you ask: who's dying today? Well, that would be someone that's been with every single of us all year long... It's 2009! 8D ...ok that was pretty crappy >_O Oh well, the facts are these:
Today at midnight, another year will pass by, we'll be in 2010. A new year with new challenges,adventures, happy thoughts, sad thoughts, great accomplishments and great disasters. We really don't know what awaits us, all we can do is hope it turns out well. Not only hope, but we have to work hard to do that.
But before I get to the "YAY！☆☆しょうがつ おめでとう！！！ ☆☆" part, I'd first like to talk about 2009.
I'm so happy about this year! It's been really fantastic. I accomplished so much and had so many big changes in my life that I can hardly describe how it feels to be growing up(huaauhahu xD)and to have grown so much in 1 year.
1)[College Prep Course]( ￣っ￣)
The year started with me attending the College Prep Course. I hand't done the course along with High School(just the final classes,but I slept in most of them 8D), so for me it was something totally new. The quick pace that the teachers lead, the huge amount of subject per class, the loooooong lasting classes, the weird people sitting very close to me, making new friends( Cecilia,Fernanda and Diego, it was really great spending all that boring time with you guys, Fernanada, I hate ya! XDD) and TAKING THE BUS! I had never taken the bus and the subway so much before because school's always been close to home. So I also learned how to take the bus and the subway for the times I had to go elsewhere to meet someone or go somewhere. I studied a lot, really pulled my brains out XD It was also during this period that I meta friend that became quite special to me.(that's you Chado dear XD)
2)[College success!!](*゜▽゜ノノ゛☆
I attended the prep course until July, when I would have 2 College Entry tests: Architecture in one college and Cinema in another. All my life I've wished to be an animator and movie director, but the dream had an issue: well, I would only attend to the best Cinema course that there could be around, but I remember almost giving it up because only 15(this year, last year there were 4!)could enter the course. Architecture came up as a idea from my mother, 'cause I'm really good at drawing so I could use it there, but I never had imagined myself as an architect, besides, I suck at math! XD
I took on both of them. Architecture was and absolute success, I did very well on the theoric test and had the best score in the Drawing test! I scored 100% on it and even received a congrats from the college's director. It was awesome. The cinema course's test was not so great, sure I did well, but since it didn't have a practical test or something, I just couldn't be sure I would get to be one of the lucky 15.
And guess what: I PASSED ON BOTH! My success on the architecture thing was really true and... I made it into the lucky 15! x3 I had no doubt in choosing Cinema. I would finally do the thing I always longed for, it just felt great. Plus, I was officially not a High School student anymore! Now that's socking XD
3) [First job *_*](^_^)v
Along with the college entry tests, I also participated on a contest from Fnac, in which I would have to create a 15second soundless animation about the French in Brazil. It was quite challenging fitting things into a 15second short, but I guess I managed XD The winner would get: the official Adobe Creative Suite, a 1 year subscription to the Mac+ magazine and… a would become a trainee on a pretty big company the made Ads and commercials, to work in the Video and Animation sector.
What happened was… I got it! I won the Student Category! And was how I got my first job, as an editor, illustrator and animator on a big company. Now that's nice for a first job, right?XD I was an amazing experience, I learned a lot and met so many talented people! My boss was the coolest boss I could have and everyone was simply adorable. I loved it.
4)[College](^ε^)♪
It was a bit difficult starting it along with the job, but I guess I managed to work really hard on both. The people in my class are very nice. Some incredibly talented, some very funny, some creative and some a bit useless XDDD I made some awesome friends and we'll be together, walking the same academic path for the next 4 years, and I couldn't ask for better friends. ˆˆ (Gabi,Ligiaa,Camille,Bruna anorexicaaa,Akemi kabocha XD). Most of us managed to end this first semester with good grades and having learned a lot! x3 We had awesome creations, lot's of fun, studying, stressing moments, night went unsleeped and etc. XD
5)[Friends♡](＝⌒▽⌒＝)ヽ(*・ω・)人(・ω・*)ノ
This year, I've developed my friendship with old beloved friends(♥Paty,Anna,Lygia,Kemi,Paula,Lucas,Igor,Bruna,Vanny,…), made new friendships(♥Midori(hime-sama ˆˆ),Neko(green apple and lemon 8D<3),Piyo(デブブタピヨ！！）,Fee(gorduuuuu^o^),Hick,Pate…), made a friend from Japan(奈奈！！☆） and became true close friends with someone in Japan(yooosh x3 ♡), and unfortunately, lost my best friend, in a certain way, not death, but somehow lost her.(♡♡Paty♥♥). There are many other friends not mentioned here, but they surely know they here too x3
ah crap, I wrote too much already xD I'll just stop now. So this year was absolutely great, I've done a lot, had lots of fun, learned about myself... ˆ____ˆ☆
I'd also like to make a dedication to someone dear who the whole world lost.
