Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design
In this time, I went to Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design, again. It was MA show.
The college will move to new building(it is still just a plan anyways), but the present one is one of the most historical art school in London. In the school history, Lucian Froid and Gilbert and Giorge were also its students.

Beijin Olympic in London
The first China Olympic, The Beijin Olympic game opened. These days, I have a lot of Chinese friends, therefore, I could know how this event is a big pleasure for young Chinese who live in London.
The present time could be called sports supreme world. First-class athletes such as football players or F1 drivers are sometimes more well-known than famous actors. Additionally, it ensures a high TV watching rate, could be a target of investment. Also there are interesting studys such as sports ethics or sports theory.
Sometimes, I feel that I was grown up in a conservative country. Example, they have already digested "the history problem" between Japan and China: they knew it is a kind of strategy of politics, and they argue it with a range of views. Of course they have different points of view, thus we could have very interesting conversation so far. It is very natural in a way of thinking because China is extremely huge and there are many ethnics domestically; also, there is a strong economic trend. I did had very stereotype image though I even didn't know China.
Just like symbolised by Olympic, They have pretension that they will be hope in the Chinese future. They have strong wills to draw their future and proud China.
Naturally, there are also not "good people" in the world, so I don't mean I tell the true of true China. However, if we could have a rich communication, there are full of possibilities to understand or accept each other.
Then through this experience, I strongly think that we have to reconsider the relationship of us (China and Japan).
On the other hand, in London, people actually seems not to be keen on The event. Although you can hear the nwe from news, there are few time to talk about the game in daily conversation. Honestly, I faced the conservative mood of this country. Or maybe even Olympic games can not hold around the world. This is a possible difficluty above sports ethics.
Anyways Chinese innocent smile made me positive.

Fashion at art gallery
Viktor and Rolf, a lot of people might know them. They are two men's unit of fashion designer. The Exhibition of Viktor and Rolf takes place at Barbican Center.
They are no doubt that they are the one who is on the top of fashion scene, also their concept and direction of the shows are evaluated particuraly as a unique one. Unfortunately I couldn't shoot photoes but the show was unusual from ordinary art shows.
Art and Design or Art and Fashion, these topics are often talked. Both Art and Fashion has difference greatly but also it has similarities more than that.
Due to the field of fashion relates to the fundamental of human– wearing clothes, eating, and living, fashion itself is very influencial. In addition, it is requored high quality works onthe ground of the fact that there is strong connection between fashin and daily life.
However, their works also supposed to be art or artistic.
The other interesting point of the exhibition is art gallery treats fashion. Its not rare no longer, then we could see the possibility to seek a new function or potentiality. years ago, museums in Tokyo had 'Star Wars Exhibtion' or 'Giburi or Desney Exhibition.' These exhibition are very successful in terms of business. Furthermore, I think they should be distinguished from animation or movie because there are differences and to consider the importance of differences, ir could be the most essential meaning of it exist.
In terms of that, the interesting thing is why such a poweful designer chose such a n art gallery.
