I want to focus on writing correctly rather than lengthy. Usually I make it a rule to write at least 2000 characters(not words), but considering not only the practice to write properly but also the time left until my mid-term exam, I decided to write one topic per one day.

I watched a video about decision-making. This is from a channel of BBC ideas. I don't know why decision-making is so popular topic in foreign countries while there is no such a movement in Japan, but I guess there are some reason. I want to research it later.

According to the movie, there are three points to make sure when we have to make a decision. Firstly, stay focus on an very important decision. I mean, we should make less things to decide. It is because the amount of energy that our brain use is the same regardless of the size of decision. There is no difference between the amount of energy to use to decide what to eat and that to decide what college to apply. So, we should make more things decided and concentrate on a vital decision.

Secondly, get enough fuel to make a decision. Needless to say, we use brain to make a desicion. However, if we don't have abundant energy, our neurotransmitter stop working. We had better drink much water, eat filling thing like porridge, and take more omega-3 in oily fish or squash or sunflower seeds.

Finally, we should get an adequate advice from a reliable person. We often tend to feel the anxiety against the loss or risk that came from the action. So we should talk with a person who can respect not the feeling but the future we go.
